Overview About Role
The Analyst will be
running productions, Archive & Delete Process, 3 rd Party Loads and Data Intake.
Role And Responsibilities
- Responsible for Running Productions, Archive & Delete Process, 3rd Party Loads and Data Intake.
- Ensure that standardized procedures and workflows are followed with all Global Operations related activities
- Manage timely completion of multiple requests including adjusting and reprioritizing work requests according to changing circumstances and needs
- Pro-active communication of status delivery updates to internal customer(s)
- Follow the requirements outlined in the standard project instruction forms provided by the project managers
- Document and track all aspects of the Global Operations activities in accordance with the standard procedure
- Provide customized reporting when requested, and proactively report such information to the appropriate project teams
- Validate and deliver processed results from multi-cultural and different time zones teams
- Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction
Shift timing : Rotational Shift
Early Morning Shift (5:00AM-2:00PM)
Afternoon Shift (12:00PM-9:00PM)
Night Shift (8:30PM-5:30AM
Qualification & attributes
Experience
- 1-3 Years in E Discovery tools
- knowledge of Relativity, Reveal, Nuix and Everlaw
- Expertise with MS Office applications including MS word/Excel/PowerPoint
- Excellent business writing skills for effective email writing and reporting
Education
B. Tech.
MCA
M. Sc. (Computers)
