The System Analyst, Manufacturing Systems is responsible for,

Manufacturing Systems Provide Global support and Global Development in the areas of Kinaxis Implements, configures, and optimizes the Kinaxis Rapid Response platform to solve supply chain challenges, requiring expertise in supply chain planning, data analysis, solution design, stakeholder collaboration, and training.

This position reports to the and is part of the located in and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Lead projects in different areas with minimal guidance and thus realize business/IT strategic priorities.
  • Proactively understand end to end business processes and identify opportunities for improvement to simplify/optimize processes and aim for Global standardization.
  • Build relationships with implementation partners, consultants, and technology vendors, ensuring effective collaboration and adherence to project timelines and budgets.
  • Configuring the Kinaxis platform, leading testing efforts (including), and validating solution performance
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders for end-to-end implementation which includes training and effective utilization of functionalities.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor's degree or master's degree.
  • 2+ years of relevant Kinaxis Rapid Response or Maestro on with strong knowledge in entire Supply chain.
  • Strong foundation in supply chain planning, including demand, supply, and inventory planning, and potentially experience with forecasting and fulfillment processes.
  • Must have been involved in a minimum of two full cycle implementations.
  • Significant experience with the Kinaxis Rapid Response or Maestro platform is essential, including configuration and troubleshooting.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

  • Willing and able to travel up to 20% including international.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Knowledge on SAP PPDS will be added advantage
  • Knowledge on SAP PP will be added advantage
