We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Quality Assurance professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing, quality assurance methodologies, and a track record of ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products. As a Senior QA, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing testing activities, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and mentoring junior QA team members.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure software quality and functionality.
- Perform functional, regression, and performance testing to identify defects and ensure product stability.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure clear communication throughout the testing process.
- Identify, document, and prioritize defects using issue tracking systems, and work with development teams to address and resolve issues.
- Lead and guide the QA team in designing testing strategies, test cases, and testing methodologies.
- Mentor and train junior QA team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate in the continuous improvement of QA processes and practices to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Participate in requirement analysis, design reviews, and provide feedback to ensure testability and product quality.
- Stay up to date with industry best practices and new testing tools and techniques.

Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5 plus years of proven experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on manual and automated testing.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, test case design, and defect management.
- Proficiency in using testing tools, issue tracking systems, and test management software.
- Experience with test automation tools and frameworks is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Leadership skills and the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
- Relevant certifications such as ISTQB or CSTE are a plus.
