Qualification and Experience
- Licentiate or any relevant certification/ degree
- Relevant experience of 2- 7 years
Purpose of the job
- Handling of Property, Marine and Liability lines policies. This involves coordinating with the Network and SCM teams in both Circle and Center. To support Circle in resolving the issues around claims, coordinating with the Insurer, Surveyor, Broker & Consultant
- Handling of GMC, GPA, GTLI and other Employee Benefit/ HR related policies. This involves coordinating with the HR to arrange the Employee Benefit Insurance Policies. To support HR in resolving the employees issues, coordinating with the Insurer, TPA & Consultant
- Technical Inputs to insurance requirements of all related subsidiaries & Group Companies. Responsible for arranging the data of the all group companies Insurance portfolio. Support the respective entity in renewing the policies in time, claims management & maintenance of MIS
- Ensure that timely information are sent to the Insurance Companies for any changes in the Insurance policies and get the endorsements done in time
- Follow up with loss assessors & insurance companies for fair and timely settlement of claims. Clearing of pending insurance claims with past and present insurers - This would involve documentation & information collation from various dept. within Airtel.
- Coordinating Risk Assessments, Risk Inspections , Valuation of the critical sites, Risk Profiling. Responsible for getting the risk assessments, risk inspections & valuations coordination with the internal stake holders and Consultants/Insurers
- Ensure all the Employee Benefit Policies to place on time and facilitate HR to smooth functioning of policies with support of the Insurer, TPA & Consultant
- Timely renew/ Purchase of appropriate insurance policies for every Group Company
- Ensure that losses are assessed and insurance claims are lodged on time with proper documentation in insurance portal and with insurers also.
- Ensure that claims are processed and settled within shortest possible time. Report Claims MIS on a periodic basis.
- Ensure Risk Assessments, Risk Inspections & Valuation programs to happen as scheduled
