Job Description
We are looking for an MBA Finance fresher with knowledge of financial reporting, monitoring, and annual financial budgeting, who is available to join immediately at our Gurgaon office
Work Conditions
- Work Location - Office for all 5 days
- Shift timings – 10.30 am to 7.30 pm
Responsibilities
- Financial reporting and monitoring:
- Preparation/Analysis of monthly FLASH results at Global and Business Unit level including analysis on:
- Client/Project level revenue movements as against budget/forecast/prior month
- Detailed vendor level analysis of cost movements against budget and latest trends
- Monthly Books Closure
- Real-time analysis of revenue and cost trends during month-end close
- Preparation of manual journals related to revenue and cost corrections/reclasses
- Coordination with the controllership team to ensure smooth financial books close
- Maintenance of Business Unit & Department Structure Hierarchy:
- Oversee the Department Structure and create new departments as per business requirements
- Coordination with HR and Systems team to ensure seamless flow of structure across systems
- Annual Financial Budgeting at Global level including the following:
- Revenue Planning (Understanding of various revenue models like Fixed Fee, T&M based models)
- Headcount Planning (Understanding of Billable Resource Utilization, Document per Hour KPIs)
All other cost budgeting based on historic trends and business requirements
Qualifications
- MBA Finance from a reputed university/college
- Good understanding of the drivers of the business
- Very good interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong MS-Excel and MS-PowerPoint skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft D365 / Oracle / Salesforce or similar tools is preferred.
