How will you make an impact in this role

The B30 Analyst operates within a centralised ICS Reporting Processes Hub and plays a key role in delivering data-driven reporting processes at scale, combining technical expertise, control discipline, and analytical insight.

This role is responsible for executing end-to-end processes with strong control discipline, ensuring outputs are accurate, complete, and audit-ready. The Analyst supports scalable and consistent delivery across multiple markets, partnering with stakeholders across Governance & Control, Compliance, Data, Business, and Operations to ensure data integrity, resolve issues, and improve reporting outcomes.

Working under the guidance of the B35 Manager, the Analyst contributes to continuous improvement and process optimisation, helping evolve the Reporting Processes Hub into a scalable, efficient, and risk-managed delivery model.

The ideal candidate brings strong technical and analytical capabilities (e.g. SQL, Python, Excel, Power BI), with the ability to manipulate, analyse, and interpret data, identify issues and trends, and translate insights into clear, actionable outcomes. Strong problem-solving, communication, and business understanding are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute end-to-end regulatory reporting processes, ensuring outputs are accurate, complete, and delivered on time, in line with defined standard operating procedures (SOPs) maintain consistency in execution across markets.
  • Perform data analysis, validation, and reconciliation to ensure data integrity, identify issues, and support reliable reporting outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting outputs (e.g. Excel, Power BI), translating data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Leverage data, automation, and AI/GenAI tools to optimise reporting processes, improve efficiency, and enhance accuracy and turnaround times.
  • Identify opportunities to standardise, streamline, and improve reporting workflows, supporting scalable delivery across multiple markets.
  • Partner with stakeholders across Governance, Compliance, Data, and Operations to support effective reporting delivery and resolve data-related issues.
  • Ensure all reporting and AI-enabled processes comply with control, data governance, and regulatory requirements, maintaining audit-ready outputs.

Skills & Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience in reporting, data analysis, or regulatory/control environments. + business acumen, interpret data
  • Strong technical foundation with hands-on experience in data analysis, reporting, and automation tools. Advanced Excel, SQL, and data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI) are required experience with Python or similar is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manipulate, validate, and interpret data, and translate it into clear leadership-ready insights.
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to present insights clearly and effectively.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and reporting timelines in a structured environment.
  • High attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy, quality, and audit-ready outputs.
  • Experience in building dashboards, reports and automated data solutions to improve efficiency and consistency.
  • Familiarity with AI/NLP or automation tools to support data analysis, insight generation, and reporting efficiency.
  • Ability to perform data validation, reconciliation, and consistency checks across reporting outputs.
