Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced professional to join our Education Verification team as an Analyst – Operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in verifying educational credentials and managing end-to-end verification processes.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Verify educational documents issued by universities and institutions
- Ensure timely completion of verification checks within defined TAT
- Maintain high accuracy and quality in verification reports
- Handle internal queries related to education verification and re-verification cases
- Coordinate and follow up with universities and educational institutions for validation and closure of cases
- Maintain proper documentation and case records
Requirements
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in Education Verification (mandatory)
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ethical, diligent, and responsible work approach
- Good typing speed and documentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
