About The Team
The Lowe's One Roof Media Network Reporting and Insights team delivers valuable insights to our LORMN client partners. The team delivers quality mid-flight and end of campaign recaps that show the deep understanding that Lowe's has of its customers, and the value brands can find within their LORMN media investments.
Job Summary
The main purpose of the Analyst for LORMN reporting and insights team is to provide Mid-Flight and End-of-Campaign Recaps. The analyst will be expected to translate data into media and consumer stories that shed light on what worked and what didn't within media campaigns.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Efficiently pulls data from our reporting dashboards.
- QA data for any obvious data issues or missing data.
- Generates the client-facing reports.
- Layers in deep media and consumer insights into campaign recaps.

Skill Set Required
Primary Skills (must have)
- Curiosity- a desire to understand and uncover the why behind the results.
- Analytical skills- the ability to pull data and translate the data into valuable consumer and media insights.
- Effective Communication- the ability to present to a client about campaign results in a manner that audiences of all analytical sophistication can understand.
- Problem Solving- An understanding of how to approach any potential issues with the data, along with a basic understanding of simple data troubleshooting.
- Data familiarity- Some experience in working with large datasets.
Secondary Skills (desired)
- Familiarity with big-data, and ability to query/run models- SQL, Python, R.
- Web Analytics- Adobe, GA
- Data Visualization- Tableau, Domo, Superset
- A/B Testing experience.
