Your Job

As an Analyst – Reporting & Analytics, you will support the Molex Central Finance function. This is a key role responsible for supporting the implementation, stabilization, and ongoing management of the Central Finance system at Molex. You will play a critical role in ensuring financial data quality, completeness, and integrity between legacy ERP systems and Central Finance. The role requires close ownership of financial reconciliations/tieouts and error monitoring, ensuring transactional consistency between legacy systems and Central Finance, and supporting period close activities. In addition, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining standardized financial reporting packages for multiple stakeholder groups.

Our Team

You will be part of the GlobalCentral Finance team, a group that partners closely with Finance leaders, Reporting leaders, Master data, and ERP leaders.

What You Will Do

  • Support Central Finance reporting and analytics activities by working closely with the implementation partner and workstream leaders
  • Perform data tieouts and reconciliations between Central Finance, OneStream, SAP, and other source systems to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Build working knowledge of core financial statements including Trial Balance, Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and US GAAP reports as part of training and onthejob learning.
  • Monitor Application Interface Framework (AIF) jobs to identify data load errors and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
  • Execute consolidated and unconsolidated data reconciliations between OneStream/SAP and Central Finance.
  • Escalate data issues, variances, and process gaps to workstream leaders with clear documentation and observations.
  • Participate in daily and weekly working calls, providing status updates on assigned activities and raising risks as needed.
  • Identify opportunities to automate or streamline recurring tasks under guidance from the team.
  • Deliver assigned responsibilities in line with defined timelines, milestones, and quality standards.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)


  • , with 2–6 years of experience in RecordtoReport (R2R), financial reporting, planning, analysis, or consolidation; freshers with a strong understanding of company financials will also be considered.
  • Exposure to financial and operational reporting, including GAAP reports, tax reports, costing reports, Profit & Loss, and Balance Sheet analysis.
  • Working knowledge of SAP General Ledger structure and experience creating and posting journal entries.
  • Basic understanding of ERP backend data structures, database files, and reporting/support tools.
  • Ability to apply structured approaches to analyze financial data and support reporting issue resolution.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute tasks independently, while also working effectively in a teambased environment.
