Analyst - Energy & Sustainability Services
Jones Lang LaSalle Property Consultants (India) Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an Analyst - Energy & Sustainability Services. This role is essential for managing utility invoice processing, ensuring data accuracy, and providing critical reporting to support energy and sustainability initiatives. You'll play a key part in delivering exceptional service to our clients.
What this job involves:
- Invoice Management & Processing: Your primary responsibility will be invoice entry and processing for utility invoices, ensuring agreed-upon timelines and accuracy are met as per service levels. You'll follow process documentation for daily invoice entry and quality audit.
- Data Handling & Reporting: Day-to-day maintenance of a general mailbox. You'll prepare system-driven reports for business lines at regular intervals and process backup reports after data entry, analyzing them to derive actionable results.
- Process Documentation & Query Resolution: Prepare and review functional process documents, capturing exceptions during processing as needed. You'll record received documentation and information, identifying queries, data gaps, or missing information, and resolve these in a timely manner.
- Issue Tracking & Support: Tracking user acceptance and supporting investigations to address any issues will also be part of your responsibilities.

- Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in the development of best practices.
- Mentorship: Act as a mentor and provide training and guidance to team members when required.
What we're looking for:
- Flawless Expertise: Experience in finance or utility data capture/transaction processing. Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Demonstrates flexibility/adaptability, readiness to change, and receptiveness to new ideas and projects. Able to manage daily stress effectively and maintain care and caution in tasks.
- Immaculate Knowledge: Graduation (Commerce / Finance Background) with equivalent work experience in finance or utility data capture/transaction processing. A minimum of 1-3 years of industry experience in a corporate environment, as a third-party service provider, or as a consultant. Accounting knowledge is preferred, and strong attention to detail, along with good organizational and interpersonal skills, are required.
