Job Description

Key Responsibilities
1. Account Data Cleansing & Maintenance
Perform regular cleansing of customer account data in Microsoft Dynamics 365
Identify and remove duplicate accounts, contacts, and records
Standardize account data formats and ensure consistency across systems
Validate and enrich customer data for accuracy and completeness
2. Account Hierarchy Management
Create, update, and maintain account hierarchies within Microsoft Dynamics 365
Ensure correct parent-child relationships across global and regional accounts
Align account structures with business requirements and sales territories
Support hierarchy corrections and restructuring initiatives
3. Data Quality & Governance
Conduct periodic data quality checks (QC) and audits
Track and report data inconsistencies and non-compliance issues
Adhere to defined data governance standards and processes
Maintain documentation of data management procedures

For Analysts:
Bachelors degree (BSc, BCom, MBA,BE or related field preferred)
Basic understanding of CRM tools (exposure to Salesforce is a plus) Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets / web reserach
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to create reports, dashboards, and workflows
Understanding of sales pipelines and account lifecycle
