What you'll do: Delivery Excellence Analyst in the Enterprise will…

  • Support delivery teams in implementing Delivery Excellence practices, risk management frameworks, and quality standards across projects
  • Assist in tracking and reporting operational KPIs help monitor delivery performance metrics and flag risks/issues for timely escalation
  • Support delivery risk governance activities by working with project teams and QRM stakeholders in tracking risks and mitigation actions
  • Assist in organizing and conducting awareness sessions/trainings on Delivery Excellence practices and QMS process assets
  • Support adherence to defined process maturity standards (e.g., CMMI Level 3) through documentation and tracking compliance
  • Contribute to maintaining and updating Quality Management System (QMS) artifacts and templates
  • Assist in driving consistency in delivery practices across projects through structured tracking and reporting
  • Support adoption of new tools, processes, and systems by assisting teams and resolving basic queries
  • Participate in project audits/reviews based on defined quality frameworks (e.g., CMMI), and assist in documenting observations, non-compliances, and best practices
  • Fully aware of audit lifecycle for SDLC

What you'll bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or relevant field with a strong academic record.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Delivery Assurance and Quality Management
  • Knowledge and experience in Software Quality Management & Software Quality Standards
  • Through understanding and implementation experience of CMMi 3.0 framework for Dev & Services
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Project management tools-Good to have (e.g., Atlassian JIRA, Confluence, MS project ) and Quality Assurance tools
  • CMMi implementation experience (Maturity level 3 at minimum/ High maturity implementation experience preferred )
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for reporting and interacting with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to adapt to evolving industry standards and technologies
  • Ability to manage a wide variety of tasks and meet deadlines, and reliability/dependability
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Excellent time management skills.
