Job Description

Provide analytical solutions to clients.
Develop strategies focused on customer retention and market analysis using statistical methods such as predictive modeling, regression, and statistical analysis.
Identify performance trends, customer behaviors, and commercial opportunities/risks through quantitative analysis.
Conduct analysis to understand customer behavior, product performance, and financial trends to maximize product outcomes and support strategic initiatives.
Contribute to designing, testing, and building complex data models across decision engines to identify causal links between customer behavior and business performance.
Demonstrate innovative data-driven problem-solving approaches and contribute to solution development.
Build business models including both financial and consumer behavioral aspects.
Use customer analytics to identify and drive commercial opportunities.
Program in SQL and preferably additional languages such as SAS, R, or Python.
