Sr. Analyst /AM- Decision Analytics

• Provide analytical solutions to clients to support business decisions.
• Develop strategies for customer retention and market analysis using statistical methods such as predictive modeling, regression analysis, and other statistical techniques.
• Identify performance trends, customer behaviors, commercial opportunities, and risks through quantitative analytical skills.
• Analyze customer behavior, product, and financial performance to maximize product outcomes, support product plans, and drive strategic initiatives in collaboration with senior analytics teams.
• Contribute to the design, testing, and development of complex information systems across multiple decision engines to identify causal links between customer behavior and business performance.
• Demonstrate innovative, data-driven problem-solving approaches and contribute insights to business strategies.

Experience & Skills:

• Proven experience in creating business models, including financial and consumer behavior models.
• Expertise in innovative customer analysis to identify commercial opportunities.
• Programming skills in SQL; knowledge of additional languages such as SAS, R, or Python is desirable.
