How will you make an impact in this role

Responsible for contacting clients with overdue accounts to secure the settlement of the account. Also they do preventive work to avoid future overdues with accounts that have a high exposure.

  • Learn and understand the processes and systems used within the KYC / AML ecosystem mainly focused on India Market & Project Fusion
  • Investigate & Identify available data sources, provide recommendations for incremental data needs, and work with data owners on sourcing
  • Define and build appropriate metrics to evaluate the performance of the KYC / AML processes
  • Define and build Executive and process level dashboards providing visibility to process performance
  • Conduct insightful analysis that assists leadership on process enhancement opportunities
  • Work as part of a diverse team of subject matter experts to partner with multiplebusiness units including International Card Services, Global Merchant & NetworkServices, Operations, Compliance,product and engineering teams to collaborate on strategies and process improvements that meet compliance and regulatory standards while minimizing operational risk

    Minimum Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
  • Comfort executed in a certain level of ambiguity
  • Experience using current AMEX big data tools (LUMI, GCP, Python etc)
  • High proficiency in data analysis

  • Strong communication skills - ability to translate complex subjects to the understanding level of the audience
  • Experience creating dashboards (Tableau, PowerBI, etc)
  • Ability to work independently as well as be a team player

Preferred Qualification

  • Working knowledge of internal Global Services Group processes, systems and functional areas strongly preferred (Servicing, Credit,
    Payments, GSP/ISP, CSP, WCC, CLIC, Griffin, GO2, EDU, etc.)
  • Experience collaborating with product and capabilities teams
  • Project management experience
  • KYC Process Knowledge
