Role Description
We are looking for an Analyst - Customer Ordering for a full-time, on-site position based in Gurgaon. The Analyst will be responsible for managing customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate processing in alignment with company standards, and delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include analyzing customer requirements, providing tailored support solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and addressing queries effectively. The role will also involve cross-functional collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and an excellent customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate customer order data and ensure precise execution
- Excellent customer service and customer satisfaction abilities
- Proficiency in customer support and communication, both written and verbal
- Experience handling customer orders and resolving issues effectively
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in order management systems or customer service roles is an advantage
