This is a role at a leading operations management and analytics company focused on P&C insurance pricing and actuarial analytics for US markets, combining actuarial work, data analysis, client interaction, and rate filing support.

What you'll be doing

You'd sit at the intersection of actuarial science + analytics + consulting:

• Working on general insurance (P&C) pricing models for US insurers
• Deep-diving into rate indications, pricing assumptions, and model outputs
• Preparing rate filings and explaining impacts of proposed pricing changes
• Running competitor and market analysis
• Translating client needs into structured analytical/actuarial solutions
• Writing documentation and presentations for regulators and clients
• Supporting junior team members and participating in process improvements
• Ensuring compliance with data privacy and regulatory guidelines

Domain focus

• Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance
• Personal and commercial lines
• US insurance regulatory environment
• Pricing, reserving-adjacent analytics (mostly pricing-heavy here)

Tools & skills implied

• Strong actuarial/statistical modeling (GLMs, loss cost, rate indications)
• Likely exposure to tools like Radar (must-have per JD)
• Excel + SQL + possibly Python/R depending on team
