Job Description

  • Conduct financial analysis to support corporate development activities.
  • Assist in evaluating potential investment and acquisition opportunities.
  • Perform due diligence and prepare detailed reports for management review.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives.
  • Monitor industry trends and work on pre investment and post investment analysis to assess ROI
  • Prepare presentations and financial models to support business decisions.
  • Support the development of long-term growth strategies for investments made
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal financial standards.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Analyst Corporate Development candidate should have:

  • A strong educational background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Can be a graduate/MBA/CA degree
  • 1-2 years of experience in handling Investment, Equity research and M&A analysis is required
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis tools.
  • Experience in the Technology & Private Equity or Investment Banking is preferred
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines effectively.
