Power the Future of SaaS Delivery & Why This Role Matters
As an Analyst Contract Management, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate contract extraction, quality control, and service delivery within the SirionLabs SaaS platform.
This role is critical in enabling customers to effectively manage contract obligations, pricing models, and risk arising from outsourcing agreements. You will work closely with Account Teams and Contract Management teams to ensure high-quality implementation, reporting, and stakeholder collaboration.
How You'll Make An Impact
Contract Extraction & Quality Control
- Work with Sirion's Account Teams to implement, measure, and report contract extraction performance against defined quality controls and standards.
- Implement contract meta-data and obligation extraction business rules along with interpretive guidance.
Customer Engagement & Service Delivery
- Partner with account contract management teams to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable extraction rules.
- Support and manage multiple customer engagements while ensuring consistent service delivery.
- Assist in setting up new supplier contracts as part of implementation and onboarding activities on the Sirion SaaS platform.
Training & Enablement
- Conduct training sessions on contract management concepts.
- Deliver foundation, intermediate, and advanced-level training programs for internal and external stakeholders.
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare periodic reports, trackers, and relevant documentation to ensure transparency and performance tracking.
Experience & Education
Skills & Experience You Bring to the Table
- Relevant 3-6 Years of work experience in contract management or contract compliance.
- Exposure to global outsourcing contracts is an added advantage.
- Required: LLB
- Prior exposure to CLM tools or contract management platforms is an added advantage.
Functional Knowledge
- Strong understanding of different pricing models, including managed services pricing and forecast-based spend models.
- Ability to identify and manage risks arising from outsourcing contract obligations and deliverables.

- Proven ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal) at all levels.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent business judgment.
- Ability to bring consultative thinking and value propositions to clients based on transactional service delivery.
