Job Description
- Design, build, and maintain recurring and ad-hoc supply chain reports and dashboards (inventory, demand, supply, logistics, and service metrics).
- Consolidate and validate data from ERP, planning systems.
- Support S&OP / IBP, supply reviews, and escalation management with clear data and insights.
- Automate manual reporting processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness.
- Ensure consistent definitions for metrics and master data across supply chain reports.
- Partner with Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, Demand Planning and Supplier Management teams to translate business needs into reporting solutions.
- Document report logic, data sources, and assumptions to support auditability and continuity.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in supply chain reporting, analytics, or operations support with a firm understanding of master data.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, Power BI, advanced formulas).
- Working knowledge of SAP/APO.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Experience creating templates.
