Analyst - Application DevelopmentDegree/Deploma in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
Experience/Certification as below:
IT Service Management: ITIL Foundation (essential for understanding service desk operations).
Digital Tools: Certifications in Power Platform (e.g., Power Apps), Microsoft Office 365, or ServiceNow are a plus. SAP certifications, or similar.4 to 7 years experience in Ensure the smooth operation, maintenance, and optimization of business-critical applications. This role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting, and administration of software applications to ensure they meet user needs, function efficiently, and align with business objectives.
Experience in administing user access and permissions.
Experience in monitoring the performance and availability of applications.
Experience in troubleshooting and resolve application-related incidents and service requests.
Experience in preparing & maintaining the documentation for applications, including user manuals, troubleshooting guides, and system configurations.
