Responsibilities
- Research, reconcile, and update financial transactions
- Process and post journal entries for various transactions
- Reconcile general ledgers and balance sheet heads
- Record and maintain processes related to Accounts Receivable and Payables
- Update transaction details in databases and applications
- Prepare reports and perform variance analysis of financial statements
- Prepare and complete tasks related to the preparation of financial schedules
- Support tax filing and compliance
Requirements
- Knowledge of the accounting cycle and fundamentals
- Ability to understand and absorb new business processes
- Knowledge of Direct and Indirect Taxes
- Working knowledge of AP/AR/GL functions
- Basic understanding of booking and payment of invoices
- Ability to perform account reconciliations
- Proficiency in Excel and other MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Word)
- Ability to use accounting applications and software for transaction analysis and report extraction
- Exposure to ERP systems and reporting tools is an advantage
- Great teammate with the ability to learn and work collaboratively
- Proficient English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Basic planning, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Qualifications
- 2 years of relevant work experience in Finance/Accounts, preferably within an offshore environment
- Commerce graduation/post-graduation or CA/ICWA Intermediate/full-time 2 years MBA Finance
- Preferably CA Articleship experience and/or background in an offshore environment

Shift Timings
This role follows a shift timing of 1.30 pm to 10.30 pm.

Our office is located in the bustling area of Magarpatta, Pune.
