Job Description: Abbott Healthcare is seeking an Analytics professional to deliver actionable intelligence through descriptive analytics and statistics, as well as drive performance of deployed analytical models to ensure accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
Job Responsibilities: u2022 Conduct descriptive and exploratory data analysis based on the business problem, and deliver understandable and actionable intelligence to the stakeholders
u2022 Monitor deployed analytical models for performance, accuracy, and business relevance u2022 Conduct root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions to improve model outcomes
u2022 Collaborate with data scientists and business stakeholders to refine models based on feedback and evolving business needs
u2022 Develop dashboards and reporting using MS Excel and Power BI, to track model KPIs and business impact
u2022 Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in analytics processes and tools. Knowledge and Skills Requirement:
u2022 Strong quantitative aptitude and problem-solving skills u2022 Strong in data analysis using Python and Advanced Excel applied knowledge of statistics is required u2022 Ability to build dashboards using MS Excel and Power BI u2022
Basic to intermediate knowledge of advanced analytics, and machine learning models u2013 time series, regression, classification and clustering algorithms u2022 Proactive mindset, and ability to handle multiple projects in fast-paced environment
Education Qualification: Masters/ Bachelor's Degree in Statistics/ Mathematics/ Engineering Work Experience: 2 u2013 4 years of experience in Data Analytics or related fields
