KEY OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE:

• Proficiency in SAP Master Data (Specifically Customer Master Data)
• Strong communication skills

Location: Electronic City- Bangalore

Shift Time: 1:30 PM - 10:30 PM

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY:

. Maintain Customers on SAP

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

. Ensure timely release of new customers
. Maintain Customer Master Inbox

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

. Creation of customers in SAP
. Release of new customers on SAP
. Maintenance of customers which includes reactivation, hierarchy maintenance and other activities
. Generate Customer reports based on the requests
. Identifying and cleansing customer master data

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelors/Masters Degree

Experience:
1-3 Years experience in handling Customer data

Technical Skills / Competencies:
. Basic knowledge of Customer and their structure in the company
. Basic knowledge to work on SAP
. Basic MS-Excel knowledge
