Job Description
Design and develop analog and mixed-signal circuits such as amplifiers, comparators, ADCs/DACs, LDOs, and voltage/current references.
Perform schematic design, transistor-level simulation, and layout review.
Work closely with layout engineers to ensure design intent and performance are maintained.
Conduct design verification and corner analysis using simulation tools (Spectre, HSPICE, etc.).
Support silicon validation, debugging, and performance characterization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including digital design, layout, and test engineering.
Prepare design documentation and participate in design reviews.
Required Skills & Tools
Strong understanding of analog circuit fundamentals (biasing, noise, stability, mismatch, etc.)
Hands-on experience with Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre, HSPICE, or equivalent EDA tools.
Knowledge of CMOS/BiCMOS process technologies.
Familiarity with layout techniques, parasitic effects, and corner simulations.
Experience with post-layout simulations and silicon debug.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
