Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Anesthesia Doctor based in Hyderabad, with some flexibility for remote work. The Anesthesia Doctor will work closely with the surgical team to assess patients preoperatively, administer anesthesia during surgical procedures, and monitor patients vitals to ensure safety and effectiveness. Additional responsibilities include managing post-operative anesthesia-related care, ensuring pain management, maintaining detailed medical records, and collaborating in interdisciplinary meetings to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in administering anesthesia, monitoring anesthesia effects, and managing patient safety during procedures
• Knowledge of pain management techniques and post-anesthesia care practices
• Strong understanding of patient assessment, medical history evaluation, and preoperative preparation
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working closely with the surgical team and engaging with patients
• Attention to detail, ability to manage high-pressure situations, and commitment to delivering patient-centered care
• MBBS degree and a recognized postgraduate qualification in anesthesiology (e.g., MD, DA) or equivalent
• Work experience in anesthesia within a hospital or surgical environment is highly preferred
• Familiarity with robotic surgical procedures and advanced medical technologies is a plus
• Licensure to practice in India and compliance with medical regulatory requirements
