Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Excellent Communication Skills With high Attention for Details
  • Evaluate the nutritional needs of Patients taking the Various Disease Management Programs
  • Provide Nutritional counselling and create diet plans for patients of Chronic Diseases
  • Follow up on them and alter their diet charts as per their Progress
  • Consult with other Health Professionals on nutrition management for individuals patients
  • Give the Patients an Exercise regime and Follow up on it
  • Provide Education and Knowledge about nutrition in Health Camps
  • Understand their problems and provide them solution
  • Co-ordinate with the dieticians and help your customers to balance their life style
