The AMS Presales Architect is responsible for providing pre-sales support, solution architecture, and technical expertise in the development of custom application solutions. They work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements, propose appropriate solutions, and present them to clients. The Solutions Architect plays a critical role in supporting sales efforts and ensuring the successful delivery of solutions to customers. The role offers: It offers the opportunity to work in a presale capacity, engaging with customers to understand their needs and designing custom application solutions. It involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, estimating, and pricing solutions, and presenting them to clients. The Solutions Architect also contributes to transition planning and portfolio analysis, ensuring seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Provide pre-sales support by understanding customer requirements and proposing suitable custom application solutions.

Collaborate with sales teams in preparing and responding to requests for information (RFI), requests for proposal (RFP), and proactive proposals.

Develop solution architectures that align with customer needs and address technical challenges.

Estimate project efforts, timelines, and costs for custom application solutions.

Present solutions and proposals to clients in onsite customer meetings, addressing their questions and concerns.

Apply knowledge of technology stacks for custom applications to design appropriate solutions.

Ensure alignment with ITIL processes and best practices in solution design and delivery.

Contribute to transition planning for seamless project handover from sales to delivery teams.

Conduct portfolio analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
