Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced AMC Maintenance Manager to handle Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) across multiple sites. The candidate will manage technicians, coordinate with clients, ensure timely maintenance of fire protection systems, and achieve service and AMC revenue targets.

Location: Hyderabad

Salary: ₹40,000 (in hand) per month

Key Responsibilities:

AMC & Contract Handling*

• AMC & Contract Handling**
• Handle AMC agreements, renewals, and follow-ups.
• Prepare quotations and negotiate contracts with clients.
• Ensure all AMC work is completed as per agreement.

Maintenance & Site Management

• *Manage AMC operations at multiple sites.
•  Plan and allocate technicians as per site needs.
• Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance is done on time.
• Visit sites regularly for inspection.

Fire System Maintenance

• Supervise maintenance of fire alarm systems, sprinklers, hydrant systems, suppression systems, fire extinguishers, and pump rooms.
• Handle emergency service calls.
• Ensure systems are working properly and safely.

Service Call & Reporting

• Prepare service quotations.
• Ensure service calls are closed quickly.
• Submit proper service reports after each visit.

Revenue & Performance

• Achieve monthly and yearly AMC and service targets.
• Track revenue and submit reports to management.
• Identify additional service opportunities.

Client Handling

• Act as main contact person for clients.
• Resolve complaints quickly.
• Maintain good relationship with clients.

Team Management

• Lead and guide service engineers and technicians.
• Monitor attendance, productivity, and daily task updates.
• Marshalling of work force in an optimal manner Ex: Which manpower will go where based on their skill set

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of AMC and maintenance work.
• Must know fire Alarm System/ Fire Hydrant System, MEP work.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Leadership and manpower planning ability.
• Ability to handle multiple sites.

Qualification:

• Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical / Mechanical / Fire & Safety.
• 3–5 years experience in AMC / Maintenance field.
• Experience in handling multiple sites.
• Two-wheeler with license
