Job Summary
The AMC Engineer is responsible for providing preventive and corrective maintenance services to customers under Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC). The role ensures optimal performance of equipment, minimal downtime, and high customer satisfaction through timely service and technical support.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance as per AMC schedules
- Handle breakdown maintenance and troubleshooting
- Diagnose faults and carry out repairs and replacements
- Maintain service logs, checklists, and reports
- Ensure SLA compliance for response and resolution time
- Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal teams
- Recommend spares replacement and upgrades when required
- Ensure safety, quality, and compliance during service activities
- Support installations, commissioning, and handovers (if required)
- Provide technical guidance to customers/operators

Qualifications
- Diploma / ITI / BE / BTech in relevant engineering discipline (Electrical / Mechanical / Electronics / Instrumentation / IT as applicable),CCNA
Experience
- 0-1 years of experience in service or maintenance roles
- Prior AMC or field service experience preferred
Work Conditions
- Field-based role with travel to customer locations
- May require shift work / on-call support
- Physically capable of handling tools and equipment
Salary
- Fresher:15k to 18k
- Experienced : 20k-25k
