Job Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented
AMC Engineer to support ongoing Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) operations for our client. The ideal candidate will assist in project coordination, documentation, tracking activities, and stakeholder communication while ensuring smooth service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in project scheduling, planning, and tracking of AMC activities
- Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and records
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and client stakeholders
- Track risks, issues, and follow up for timely resolution
- Support basic budgeting and cost tracking activities
- Ensure timely updates using project management tools
- Maintain compliance with defined processes and service standards
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Good organizational and time-management abilities
- Attention to detail and reporting accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Technical Skills
- Networking fundamentals (CCNA mandatory)
- Knowledge of CCNP (preferred)
- Working knowledge of MS Project and MS Excel
Educational Qualifications
- Science background
- BE in Electronics & Telecommunication (E&TC) or equivalent
- CCNA certification required
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 02 years of experience or freshers with relevant certifications
- Willingness to learn and grow in AMC and project-based environments
- Ability to work in a structured, client-facing role
