Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and manage cloud-based platforms using AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Build, maintain, and support CI/CD pipelines to enable efficient software delivery.
  • Manage containerized workloads using Kubernetes, Docker, and container registries.
  • Provision and manage cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Helm Charts, and CloudFormation.
  • Support and optimize IAAS, PAAS, and SAAS cloud services including databases and managed services.
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts to improve operational efficiency and reliability.
  • Perform server patching and maintenance using tools such as AWS SSM.
  • Support and manage workloads across Windows and Unix/Linux environments.
  • Work with cloud-native services such as serverless functions, load balancers, IAM, authentication services, and databases.
  • Investigate incidents deeply to understand root causes and prevent recurrence.
  • Ensure security best practices are followed across cloud platforms and infrastructure.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and contribute to a team-oriented engineering culture.
  • Continuously learn, evaluate, and adopt new tools and technologies to improve platform capabilities.
