Role Summary
Our
client is a fast-growing Nutraceuticals / VMS / Health & Wellness brand operating across
India, UAE, and the USA.
They are looking for an
Amazon PPC Manager who can
scale revenue profitably while maintaining
strong TACoS and organic ranking in regulated categories.
This role requires
hands-on ownership of Amazon Advertising across
SP, SB, SBV, SD, with a deep understanding of
keyword ranking behaviour, compliance, and high-SKU complexity.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Amazon PPC Ownership
- Own Amazon Ads across SP, SB, SBV, SBD & SD
- Build structured campaigns for new launches and scale-ups
- Manage budgets with tight ACOS / TACoS control
- Perform daily bid optimisation, search term mining & negative keyword management
- Align PPC strategy with organic ranking and marketplace goals
- Keyword Research & Ranking Strategy
- Conduct deep keyword research using Helium10, Brand Analytics, Data Dive, etc.
- Identify ranking opportunities and competitive gaps
- Run ranking-focused campaigns for nutraceutical / VMS keywords
- Improve organic rank through strategic ad support
- Creative & Sponsored Brand Management
- Work with design teams on Sponsored Brand creatives, videos & storefronts
- Test creatives to improve CTR and CVR
- Optimise placements and formats for scale
- Measurement, Optimisation & Reporting
- Build weekly PPC dashboards linking ads organic TACoS
- Identify wastage, poor-quality keywords, and over-indexed spends
- Improve ROAS while scaling topline
- Share clear, actionable insights with leadership
- Cross-Marketplace & Global PPC
- Own India PPC; support USA & UAE marketplaces as required
- Adapt strategies to different competition, CPCs, and compliance environments
- Category-Specific Expertise (Critical)
- Understand advertising restrictions for Nutraceuticals / VMS / health claims
- Ensure creatives and keywords remain compliant
- Experience handling premium, science-backed health brands

Requirements
Must-Have
- 37 years of Amazon PPC experience
- Hands-on experience with SP, SB, SBV, SD
- Experience in Nutraceuticals / VMS / Supplements / Health / FMCG
- Proven track record improving TACoS and organic ranking
- Experience managing 20+ SKUs simultaneously
- Strong analytical skills (Excel + Ads Console)
