Job Description

Amazon Portfolio Brand Manager (Remote | UK Time Zone)

Advertza is hiring an experienced Amazon Portfolio Brand Manager to own and scale multiple Amazon brands end-to-end.

This is not a virtual assistant role.

This is not a design role.

This is not an SOP-execution role.

This position requires a senior Amazon operator with proven experience managing multiple brands, making commercial decisions, and driving profitable growth.

If your background is limited to managing single products or executing predefined tasks, this role is not suitable.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Amazon brands, each with its own:

  • Brand identity and positioning
  • Product categories and ASINs
  • Listings and creatives
  • PPC strategy and budgets
  • Amazon Storefront and Brand Story

Your objective is to grow revenue profitably, protect brand integrity, and scale winning strategies across the portfolio.

Key ResponsibilitiesListing Creation and Optimisation (Multi-Brand)
  • Create, optimise, and maintain Amazon listings across multiple brands
  • Conduct advanced keyword research using Helium 10 and/or Jungle Scout
  • Strategically map keywords to:
  • Titles
  • Bullet points
  • Backend search terms
  • Listing images
  • Perform competitor and market gap analysis per brand
  • Continuously optimise listings based on CTR, CVR, rankings, and performance data
Creative Direction (Images Strategy and Direction)

You will not design images yourself.

You will:

  • Define listing image structure (Image 17)
  • Create detailed creative briefs for designers, including:
  • Messaging hierarchy
  • Headlines and subtext
  • Feature prioritisation
  • Compliance requirements
  • Review creative outputs and request revisions as needed
  • Ensure all images are conversion-focused and aligned with brand guidelines
Video Planning (Listings and Advertising)
  • Plan Amazon listing videos and Sponsored Brands Video ads
  • Develop video concepts, storyboards, and scripts, including:
  • Initial hook
  • Benefit sequencing
  • Objection handling
  • Call-to-action
  • Coordinate with video editors and manage revisions
  • Analyse video performance and iterate on winning creatives
A+ Content, Brand Story, and Amazon Stores
  • Define A+ Content strategy for each brand
  • Structure content modules such as:
  • Comparison charts
  • USP sections
  • Trust and proof elements
  • Manage Brand Story modules
  • Build, optimise, and maintain Amazon Stores
  • Ensure consistent brand positioning and messaging across all assets
Amazon PPC and Portfolio Budget Management
  • Own PPC strategy across multiple brands, including:
  • Sponsored Products
  • Sponsored Brands
  • Sponsored Brands Video
  • Sponsored Display
  • Conduct keyword harvesting and bid optimisation
  • Allocate budgets across brands and ASINs based on performance
  • Scale profitable campaigns and eliminate underperformers
  • Maintain ACOS and TACOS targets at portfolio level
Reviews, Brand Health, and Feedback Loop
  • Monitor reviews and ratings for each brand
  • Identify recurring objections or conversion blockers from customer feedback
  • Feed insights back into listings, creatives, and A+ content
  • Ensure all review management remains policy-compliant
Reporting and Decision-Making
  • Prepare weekly performance reports at brand and portfolio level
  • Provide clear insights, conclusions, and recommended next actions
  • Operate with a high-ownership mindset and proactive decision-making
Required Experience and Skills (Non-Negotiable)
  • Hands-on experience with Helium 10 and/or Jungle Scout
  • (keyword research, competitor analysis, listing audits, opportunity sizing)
  • Proven experience managing Branded Amazon Stores
  • (store structure, category flow, cross-ASIN funneling, campaign-led updates)
  • Strong expertise in Sponsored Brands Video optimisation
  • (creative hooks, testing, CTR/CVR analysis, scaling winning concepts)
  • Demonstrated experience scaling Amazon brands in the UK and/or US marketplaces
  • 24+ years of hands-on Amazon Seller Central experience
  • End-to-end listing creation and optimisation experience
  • Strong Amazon PPC expertise (SP, SB, SBV, SD)
  • Ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously
  • Experience briefing and managing designers and video editors
  • Commercial mindset focused on profitability, ACOS, and TACOS
  • Ability to work independently with full ownership
Time Zone and Availability (Non-Negotiable)
  • Must work in alignment with UK (GMT/BST) time zone
  • Minimum 46 hours of daily overlap with UK working hours
  • Availability for weekly review calls and real-time coordination with internal teams
