Role Overview

We're hiring an Amazon FBA & E-commerce Operations Specialist to manage day-to-day marketplace operations, listings, inventory, and reporting for global sellers.

This role supports fast-growing brands and founders who value precision, ownership, and automation.

What You'll Do

Manage Amazon FBA operations: listings, inventory, shipments, and account health

Create and optimize product listings (titles, bullets, backend keywords)

Monitor orders, returns, reimbursements, and seller performance metrics

Coordinate with suppliers, freight partners, and Amazon support

Handle basic PPC coordination and reporting (where required)

Maintain SOPs, trackers, and dashboards (Sheets, Notion, CRMs)

Use AI tools to improve workflows, listings, and reporting efficiency

What We're Looking For

26 years of experience in Amazon FBA or e-commerce operations

Strong understanding of Seller Central

Experience with inventory planning and FBA shipments

Comfortable working with data, reports, and performance metrics

Fluent English communication (written & verbal)

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive

Able to support US / UK time zones

Bonus Skills

Shopify or WooCommerce experience

Amazon PPC exposure

Knowledge of Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar tools

Experience with automation (Zapier, Make)

AI-assisted listing or operations experience
