Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Amazon Connect Architect with 1215 years of overall experience to design, build, and optimize cloud-based contact center solutions using Amazon Connect and the AWS ecosystem. This role involves translating business requirements into scalable architectures, leading end-to-end implementations, and ensuring seamless integration across enterprise systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and implement enterprise-grade contact center solutions using Amazon Connect and AWS services such as Lambda, Lex, DynamoDB, S3, Kinesis, and Cloud Watch.
- Lead the complete setup, configuration, and deployment of Amazon Connect environments.
- Integrate Amazon Connect with CRMs (Salesforce, ServiceNow), ticketing platforms, and other third-party applications.
- Develop and optimize call flows, IVR designs, routing profiles, queues, and contact handling logic.
- Implement and manage Contact Lens, real-time dashboards, and historical reporting solutions.
- Work closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers to deliver seamless customer experience solutions.
- Prepare technical designs, architecture diagrams, documentation, and handover materials.
- Stay current with Amazon Connect enhancements and AWS best practices to drive innovation.
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to development and support teams.
Required Skills
- Strong, proven experience in architecting and deploying Amazon Connect solutions.
- Hands-on expertise with AWS services: Lambda, IAM, S3, DynamoDB, Kinesis, CloudFormation.
- Experience building AI/ML-driven conversational bots using Amazon Lex.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/Node.js for custom integrations and Lambda functions.
- Practical knowledge of CRM integrations, especially Salesforce Service Cloud Voice.
- Good understanding of telephony fundamentals: SIP, DID, ACD, IVR, CTI.
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and automation.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and architectural presentation skills.
Preferred Skills
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Amazon Connect Accreditation.
