Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ranchi for an Amazon Catalogue Specialist. The Amazon Catalogue Specialist will be responsible for managing and updating product catalogs on Amazon, ensuring data accuracy, enhancing customer experience, and optimizing listings for better visibility. The role involves performing analytical tasks, communicating with team members and clients, and maintaining high standards of catalog management.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Catalog Management and Cataloging
  • Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate and optimize product listings
  • Excellent Communication skills for interaction with team members and clients
  • A focus on enhancing Customer Experience
  • Experience in e-commerce platforms, especially Amazon, is a plus
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain high levels of accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
