About the Role
We are seeking a detailoriented and proactive Amazon Catalog Specialist to manage, optimize, and troubleshoot our product catalog across Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central (primarily Amazon US).
You will ensure catalog accuracy, resolve discrepancies through structured debugging, and assist in launching new products while maintaining high data quality standards. This role is ideal for someone who is quicklearning, flexible, and thrives in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, accurate, and uptodate Amazon product catalog.
- Diagnose catalogrelated problems, identify root causes, and implement longterm fixes.
- Work extensively with flat files for listing creation, updates, and bulk uploads.
- Handle image suppressions, compliance suppressions, and content flags.
- Identify catalog discrepancies (content, images, pricing, attributes, variations) and resolve them with Amazon support.
- Create and update product listings, A+ content attributes, and other catalog components.
- Collaborate crossfunctionally to gather product data (net PPM, list price, cost details).
- Perform regular catalog audits to ensure compliance with Amazon standards.
- Provide catalogrelated insights and reports to internal teams.
- Suggest process improvements and contribute to automation initiatives.
- Be AIready: use prompts, automation ideas, and AI tools to improve speed and accuracy.
MustHave Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
- Handson experience with Amazon Vendor Central and/or Seller Central
- Experience with flat files and bulk uploads
- Prior experience working on Amazon US marketplace accounts
- Ability to resolve image/compliance suppressions
- Strong problemsolving and root cause analysis skills
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently with broad responsibilities
- Comfort with AI tools or promptbased workflows
- Analytical mindset with fundamental math skills
GoodtoHave Skills
- Experience with automation/workflow improvements
- Knowledge of Google Apps Script
- Familiarity with catalog management best practices & listing optimization
