IMMEDIATE JOINEE. GURGAON

Head of Revenue & P&L — Ecommerce & Quick Commerce

Full-time · Gurugram + Travel · Reports to Founder · Fixed + Incentive Variable

This is not a marketing role. This is a numbers, ownership, and scale role. Gytree is India's leading women's health and nutrition platform — supplements, AI, and coaching for women in midlife. 30,000+ customers. 50+ enterprise wellness programmes. We're at an inflection point and this hire decides how fast and how sustainably we scale.

THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU IF YOU HAVE

  • Owned P&L for a consumer brand — not assisted, owned. Bring the numbers.
  • Scaled revenue across Shopify, Amazon, and at least one QComm platform (Blinkit / Zepto / Instamart / BB Now)
  • Built predictable quarterly growth with documented targets and outcomes
  • A sharp grip on CM1, CM2, CAC, and the real cost of discount-led GMV
  • An active network — Amazon vendor/category managers and QComm commercial contacts you can actually call
  • Willingness to travel: Amazon offices, QComm hubs, fulfilment partners across India

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

Quarterly and annual revenue targets across all channels set by you, owned by you

Channel-wise P&L: D2C, Amazon, and Quick Commerce — no blended numbers, no shared excuses

Pricing, promotions, and margin structures that protect brand value

Amazon Seller and Vendor Central: listings, sponsored ads (SP/SB/SD), ROAS, account health

QComm: commercial negotiations, dark store expansion, OOS prevention, GMV plans

Forecasting, inventory planning, and demand alignment with ops and supply chain

Weekly P&L report to the founder, without being asked

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

Revenue clarity by channel

CM2 improving quarter on quarter with disciplined CAC

Quick commerce as a profitable growth lever, not an experiment

Forecast accuracy that ops and supply chain can rely on

A team that executes with speed and flags early

On accountability: Misses are explained and fixed — not just reported. Problems visible at week two that surface at month-end are not business problems, they are a you problem. If you need to be followed up with, this role is not for you.
