THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU IF YOU HAVE
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
Quarterly and annual revenue targets across all channels set by you, owned by you
Channel-wise P&L: D2C, Amazon, and Quick Commerce — no blended numbers, no shared excuses
Pricing, promotions, and margin structures that protect brand value
Amazon Seller and Vendor Central: listings, sponsored ads (SP/SB/SD), ROAS, account health
QComm: commercial negotiations, dark store expansion, OOS prevention, GMV plans
Forecasting, inventory planning, and demand alignment with ops and supply chain
Weekly P&L report to the founder, without being asked

Revenue clarity by channel
CM2 improving quarter on quarter with disciplined CAC
Quick commerce as a profitable growth lever, not an experiment
Forecast accuracy that ops and supply chain can rely on
A team that executes with speed and flags early
On accountability: Misses are explained and fixed — not just reported. Problems visible at week two that surface at month-end are not business problems, they are a you problem. If you need to be followed up with, this role is not for you.
