Urgent Hiring For Amazon Ad Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
1) Own end-to-end management of Amazon Sponsored Ads, including Sponsored Products,
Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns.
2) Create and optimize campaigns based on ACOS/ROAS goals, click-through rates, and sales
Conversions.
3) Perform detailed keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
4) Develop A/B testing strategies for ad copies, images, and targeting to maximize performance.
5) Monitor campaign performance daily, flagging anomalies and ensuring KPIs are met.
6) Work closely with account managers, creative teams, and the brand team to align ad
Messaging with brand positioning.
7) Generate weekly and monthly performance reports and actionable insights to guide
Marketing strategy.
8) Collaborate with catalog and SEO teams to ensure listing quality supports paid performance.
Qualifications:
1) Proficient in Amazon Ads Console and third-party tools like Helium 10, Pacvue, or DataHawk.
2) 24 years of experience in managing Amazon ads (India marketplace experience preferred).
3) Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics and make datadriven decisions.
4) Experience working in a D2C brand, agency, or e-commerce startup is highly desirable.
5) Excellent communication and project management skills.
