  • Manage and oversee the Amazon Seller Central account to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Create, upload, and manage product listings across Amazon marketplaces.
  • Optimize product content including images, bullet points, titles, and descriptions to improve conversion rates.
  • Implement Amazon SEO strategies, including in-depth keyword research and backend search term optimization.
  • Create and manage parentchild variations for products
  • Coordinate product photoshoots and image editing with designers to meet Amazon guidelines.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon Advertising campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display).
  • Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly performance reports using Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Create and manage Lightning Deals, 7-Day Deals, and promotional discount coupons.
  • Prepare detailed Profit and Loss (P&L) reports for product-level and account-level analysis.
  • Handle business accounting activities using QuickBooks.
  • Monitor and manage customer reviews and seller feedback to maintain account health.
  • Manage Amazon claims, reimbursements, and case logs.
  • Create FBA shipments, generate labels, and coordinate inventory inbound processes.
