Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with bookings, cancellations, modifications, and travel-related queries
  • Provide accurate information while ensuring excellent customer experience
  • Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements
  • Document customer interactions and update details in internal systems
  • Meet defined performance metrics for quality, productivity, and attendance
  • Work in 24/7 rotational shifts with rotational weekly offs
