Job Description

  • Oversee daily operations and manage performance metrics, KPIs, absenteeism, and attrition
  • Handle client communications and escalations, ensuring SLA adherence
  • Lead team reviews, support staff development, and foster a collaborative environment
  • Participate in performance feedback, reporting, and operational enhancements
  • Work in 24x7 environments, split shifts, and rotational rosters

Requirements -

  • Graduation in any discipline (mandatory)
  • 3+ years of experience in General Insurance or Chat Processes
  • 1+ year in an operational leadership role managing at least 10 team members
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and Access
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
