We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, develop effective hiring strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Driving the full spectrum of recruiting and selection activities
- Creating and implementing talent acquisition strategies for leadership, mid-career hiring which broadly includes Manufacturing & Sales positions
- Designing and driving the adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience
- Partnering with leaders within the organization to track the ongoing hiring needs of their business and to ensure hiring needs are met
- Defining and driving the team to meet and exceed hiring benchmarks relating to time to fill, cost per hire and hiring manager and candidate satisfaction
- Defining and leading projects focused on continuous improvement
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging recruitment techniques, incorporating innovative approaches into talent acquisition efforts.
Qualifications
MBA in HR or equivalent qualification.
Experience
Minimum 7-10 years of experience.
Strong exposure in end to end recruitment in Manufacturing Or Engineering domain.
