Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for domestic BPO clients, including bulk hiring, NGO hiring, campus hiring, and volume hiring.
- Source top talent through various channels such as social media platforms, job boards, employee referrals, and internal databases.
- Conduct interviews with candidates to assess their skills and fit for the role.
- Coordinate offer negotiations and salary negotiations with selected candidates.
- Ensure timely documentation of all recruitment activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 4-9 years of experience in BPO hiring or similar industry.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes including bulk hiring, campus hiring, mass hiring, etc. .
- Excellent communication skills for effective interview coordination and negotiation.
