Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Associate Sales Manager role located in Delhi, India. The Associate Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, manage customer relationships, and work towards achieving business goals. Day-to-day responsibilities will include identifying market opportunities, developing sales strategies, conducting client meetings, and managing a sales team to ensure targets and customer satisfaction goals are met. The role requires excellent communication skills to negotiate and close deals effectively.
Qualifications
Sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record in achieving sales targets
Team management and leadership abilities to motivate and guide a sales team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
Analytical and strategic thinking skills for market research and sales planning
Proficiency in CRM software and basic technical understanding for managing sales operations
Knowledge of the real estate market in Delhi, India, is highly desirable
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Previous experience in real estate, property management, or sales is a plus
Ability to work independently and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment
