Role Description

The Studio Director – Architecture will lead the design and execution of architecture projects, ensuring they align with client expectations and organizational goals. Key responsibilities include managing and mentoring design teams, overseeing project timelines and deliverables, and ensuring design excellence. The Studio Director will also play a role in business development and client relations. This is a full-time, on-site position located in New Delhi.

Qualifications

• Strong Team Leadership and Project Management abilities, with experience guiding multidisciplinary teams and overseeing project lifecycles
• Knowledge of Broadcasting and Television processes related to architectural spaces, including technical requirements and production environments
• Experience in Marketing, particularly in the context of promoting architectural services and managing client relationships
• Demonstrated ability to foster collaboration, manage resources effectively, and lead with a client-focused approach
• Proficiency with relevant architectural design tools and software
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field, with professional accreditation preferred
• Prior experience in leading projects within the architecture or design industry
