Job Description

Key Deliverables

  • Own and optimize end-to-end customer journey for merchant lending on the PhonePe for Business app
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prevent support issues and reduce ticket volume
  • Drive product and process improvements using data insights and VOC
  • Partner with Sales, Product, and Business to execute scalable growth and support strategies

Role Responsibilities

  • Identify user pain points and build intuitive digital and support journeys
  • Analyze drop-offs and support data to drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Manage stakeholder communications and align on prioritization of fixes and features
  • Use first-principles thinking to lead new initiatives for improving customer experience
