Job Purpose

The purpose of the job is to enable Customer for onboarding the journey of wellness. Scheduling their Health Assessment to get Healthy Heart Score. Also to evaluate that the process of HA/AHC is smoothly operational on regular basis.

	KRA (Accountabilities) (Max 1325 Characters)	Supporting Actions (Max 1325 Characters)
KRA1	Ensuring all cases are processed for Health Assessment within the defined TAT of T+7. Increasing the customer engagement of Health Assessment to 50% annually.
