Job Responsibilities:
. Development of Body Accuracy & White Body.
. Inspection of Sheet metal Parts (Press & Weld Both)
. Experience of BIW production process
. Active Participation in BIW Proto Trials for Accuracy Maturation, Defects Analysis & counter measure implementation.
. Closure Accuracy Maturation, Press & Roller Hemming accuracy maturation.
Technical/ Functional:
. Knowledge about New Model Quality Maturation Plan & BIW Weld Process.
. Knowledge about FARO/Portable Scanning, CMM Inspection, ATOS Scanning and various Alignment methods used for inspection.
. Knowledge about Closure Quality Maturation process.
. Knowledge about assembly related issues reported for closures & White Body.
. Knowledge about Jig Planning Sheet & Basic concepts like Datum Pin, Datum Mylar etc.
Quality Maturation Plan/Process Means :
1. Activities done at various stage of Devlopment like Production Proto, Mass Production Proto
2. Corrective & Preventive Counter measure for defects & Management
